Hello everyone,
I know that I haven’t been very good keeping this up. Life has gotten a bit crazy, but here is a quick update for anyone who is interested:
- I have been subbing around, everything from middle school special education to elementary gym and art. Art was my favorite so far- I originally wanted to be an art teacher, but then I figured that I would infuse my lessons with art.
- This week I have been assigned to be a (get this) K-4 teacher in Cudahy. I am a bit nervous. I hear those ankle biters are fierce!
- It has been a bit high stress as well because I am looking for places to move into in May. I am hoping one of the people I am planning to move in with will buy a house that we were looking at. Again, it is stressful being a “grown-up.”
- It is almost final- I am working on a long-term sub position from April until the end of the school year in MPS. I will keep you posted.
Other than that, I have been working my fair share, running around like usual, keeping very busy. Hope that the projects are not hurting all of you too much
