Here is what has happened over the past 2 days:
- I have had the first part of my MPS physical which is needed for them to employ me.
- I had my first day of subbing! (Yay!) I was a second grade sub for 12 kids and it went very well. It was hard to get used to sitting on tables that were so low to the ground (in comparison to the 8th grade desks I am used to)
- I got a call to sub on Friday afternoon for 6th graders at a different school.
- I have an interview tomorrow (Wednesday) with the Greendale School District to be a day-to-day substitute teacher.’
My family is now liking to call me a “temp” because of this movie. Jack Black’s character makes fun of his roommate for being a substitute teacher.
